Just in time for DRY January! I HAVE so many favorites I LOVE! When I was going to run my first Ultra in 2019 I experimented with going alcohol free. Then we had this world shut down in 2020 and well races were put on hold and I added back in my red wine I loved!

As I aged into my later 40’s and got back into more ultras in 2021 and well the ultra schedule keeps building I cut back on my alcohol intake. Let’s be real have you trained in the Phoenix heat? You need every ounce of hydration you can get and alcohol does no favors.
Jan 2023 I experimented with no alcohol but this time I made it fun! I played with mocktail making ( you may have seen some in my stories) and enjoying @athleticbrewing after my hot summer training runs. One year later I love my AF life and will never go back!
